Early check-in or very late check-in may not always be arrangeable. If you require an early or late check-in, please make sure to check with us in advance. ⭕️ Car Park Height Limit is 2.1m ⭕️ If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance and provide details about your pet. Only well-behaved pets are allowed, and a maximum of one pet is permitted. An additional pet fee will apply, which will be displayed when you correctly select the pet option during the booking process. ⭕️ Please don't smoke inside the apartment or inside the building. If you want to smoke, you can smoke on the balcony. ⭕️ In this apartment, in addition to the beds in each bedroom, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. If you are booking the apartment for 5–6 guests, please note that the two-bedroom beds can normally accommodate up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th guests may sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. For 5 or 6 guests, an additional fee will apply. The exact amount will be shown when you correctly select the number of guests during the booking process. Please be aware that we only provide bedding for the two beds in the bedrooms. We do not supply any bed linen or bedding for the sofa bed. If you plan to use the sofa bed in the living room, you will need to bring your own bed sheets, quilt, pillows, and towels. ⭕️ All guests are required to comply with both the house rules and the building regulations during their stay. ⭕️ The swimming pool and gym are common facilities of the building and are generally available for use. However, on rare occasions, the building management may temporarily close these facilities for maintenance or repairs. As this is beyond our control, we are unable to provide compensation or refunds in the event that the swimming pool or gym is closed due to such maintenance. ⭕️ We provide only a starter supply of items such as shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper. If you require additional quantities, guests will need to purchase them from the supermarket. ⭕️ Care of Access Devices ------------ Guests are kindly requested to exercise utmost care and responsibility when handling key, fob, remote, and any other access devices provided for the duration of their stay. In the event of loss or damage to any of these access devices, a replacement fee of $270 per set will be charged. ⭕️ Oven Usage and Cleaning ------------ Guests are welcome to use the oven as needed during their stay. However, we kindly request that you clean the oven thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee ranging from $50 to $80, depending on the extent of cleaning required. Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the oven is greatly appreciated. ⭕️ Housekeeping and Cleanliness ------------- During your stay, we kindly request that you maintain a certain level of cleanliness within the accommodation. Excessive dirt or disorder caused by guests may result in an additional cleaning fee that guests will be responsible for.
