2. No Party/Event: To provide all guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the property is not suitable for parties, events, or any form of gathering that may cause disturbance to the neighborhood or damage to the property.
3. Cleanliness: We appreciate your help in keeping the house reasonable clean.
4. No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside.
5. Check-in: Our standard check-in time is after 3 PM. If you need to make arrangements for an earlier check-in, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
6. Check-out Time: Check-out time is before 10 AM.
7. Registered guests only: Only the guests who were registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the house.
8. Damages: Accidents can happen, but please let us know if you cause any damages or losses during your stay. We will communicate the cost for repair or replacement and deduct it from the security deposit if necessary. Our goal is not to claim extra money from you at all, but rather to make sure our home stays in great condition for future guests. By taking care of the property, both parties will be happy.
9. Insurance: Your safety and health is important to us. We recommend that you have your own insurance coverage for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your stay.
10. Lost or stolen items: The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the guest's stay.
11. Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
12. Rubbish Sorting: Please help us keep our community clean by sorting out the rubbish before throwing it away. There are 3 bins in the house area for you to use, Yellow Lid bin is for recycling rubbish(when throwing recycle rubbish, please don’t wrap them in plastic bags), Red lid bin is for general garbage, Green Lid bin is for Organic Waste.
13. Pet Policy: One well-behaved pet is welcome in our Airbnb listing. Kindly inform us in advance and pay the additional pet fee. Guests must keep the pet under control, clean up after them and assume responsibility for any damage caused. Guests agree to comply with our pet policy and we reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay if violated. Thank you.
