All beds have high-quality and super comfortable mattresses that are thick, ensuring a good night's sleep. The house also has good lighting throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. An exercise bike and a 10-in-1 soccer table that guests can enjoy.

NOTES and Accommodation Rules
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
1. Quiet hours: We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8AM. We understand that you may be here to have a good time, but we also want to respect our neighbors.
2. No Party/Event: To provide all guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the property is not suitable for parties, events, or any form of gathering that may cause disturbance to the neighborhood or damage to the property.
3. Cleanliness: We appreciate your help in keeping the house tidy and clean. After using the kitchen and bathroom, please take a moment to clean up after yourself.
4. Oven Cleaning: You can use Oven if you need, please take a moment to clean them thoroughly after you use them. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of $80 might apply.
5. No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside.
6. Check-in: Our standard check-in time is after 3 PM. If you need to make arrangements for an earlier check-in, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
7. Check-out Time: To ensure a smooth turnover of the property for incoming guests, check-out time is strictly before 10 AM. Late check-outs are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
8. Registered guests only: Only the guests who were registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the house.
9. Damages: Accidents can happen, but please let us know if you cause any damages or losses during your stay. We will communicate the cost for repair or replacement and deduct it from the security deposit if necessary. Our goal is not to claim extra money from you at all, but rather to make sure our home stays in great condition for future guests. By taking care of the property, both parties will be happy.
10. Insurance: Your safety and health is important to us. We recommend that you have your own insurance coverage for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your stay.
11. Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
12. Rubbish Sorting: Please help us keep our community clean by sorting out the rubbish before throwing it away. There are 3 bins in the house area for you to use, Red Lid bin is for general garbage, the Yellow lid bin is for recycling rubbish (when throwing recycle rubbish, please don’t wrap them in plastic bags), Green Lid Bin is for Organic Rubbish.
13. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in this house
14. LOSS/REMOVAL OF ACCESS CONTROL: Please take extra care of your keys! Lost keys, fobs, and/or remotes are subject to a $200 replacement charge. This includes purposefully failing to return these items which is classified as theft.
